Overview
The NoteBroad Module for Perfex CRM enables administrators and authorized staff to create notes or send broadcast messages to selected staff and customers.
Designed for seamless integration, this module adds no core file changes and works out-of-the-box. With in-app notifications, pinning support, and a clean UI, it improves internal communication and team visibility effortlessly.

How to Use
- Go to Noteboard from the admin menu.
- Click Add New to create a note or broadcast.
- Enter your message and select target staff or customers.
- Enable Broadcast to send instant in-app notification (non-editable).
- Staff and customers will see the notes on their dashboards.
- Pinned notes stay at the top for better visibility.
