Priority Order for WooCommerce
Priority Order for WooCommerce lets you offer customers an optional “Priority Order” checkbox during checkout – fully supported on the classic checkout and the new WooCommerce Checkout Block. When selected, it can automatically add an extra fee based on flexible charge types (flat rate, weight, cart percentage, item count, subtotal range, or category). Fully compatible with HPOS and built to follow the latest WooCommerce best practices.
Admin Features
- Enable / Disable Priority: Quickly toggle the priority order option on your store.
- Custom Label & Email Text: Change the checkbox label and email text from settings.

Frontend Features

- Visible in Thank You Page & Emails: Shows priority status in customer and admin emails and order confirmation page.
- My Account → Orders: Customers can see which orders were marked as priority.
Admin Dashboard Integration
- Order Edit Page: View priority status in the WooCommerce order details.
- WooCommerce Orders List: Adds a priority column so you can quickly see which orders were marked as priority (supports legacy + HPOS).
Priority Fee Charge Types
You can choose how the priority fee should be calculated:
- Flat Rate – Always charge a fixed amount.
- Based on Weight – Fee changes based on total cart weight.
- Cart Percentage – Apply a percentage of the cart subtotal.
- Based on Number of Items – Fee changes with the number of items.
- Based on Cart Subtotal Range – Set different fees for different subtotal ranges.
- Based on Product Category – Apply specific fees when certain categories are in the cart.
